These terms govern your use of the website of United Dog Lovers Family, Inc. ("UDLFI", "the association").

This is a working draft. It has not been reviewed by counsel, and the association should have it checked before relying on it.

About the association

UDLFI is a non-stock, non-profit association organised under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with its principal office at Door 5 Magradeco Bldg., Barangay 3-A Poblacion, Davao City.

Using this site

You may read, share, and link to anything on this site. Please do not use it to break the law, to misrepresent the association, or to interfere with its operation.

Membership applications

Submitting the membership form does not make you a member. Applications are reviewed by the Board of Trustees against the qualifications in Article V of the by-laws, and the Board decides. We may decline an application, and we are not obliged to explain every decision.

Membership, once granted, is subject to the by-laws — including the provisions on suspension, expulsion, and termination in Article VI.

Governing documents

Summaries of the Articles of Incorporation and by-laws on this site are provided for public information and are written for a general reader. Where a summary and the signed filing differ, the filing controls. The by-laws are under revision, so provisions described here may change.

Not veterinary advice

Educational material on this site — on responsible ownership, canine health, blood donation, disaster preparation, or anything else — is general information, not veterinary advice. It is not a substitute for examination and treatment by a licensed veterinarian. Always consult a vet about your own animal.

UDLFI is a volunteer association, not an emergency service. In an emergency, contact a veterinary clinic, your barangay, or the appropriate government office.

Donations

Donations are used solely for animal welfare programs and operations, in accordance with SEC and BIR regulations. No part of the association's income is distributed to members, trustees, or officers.

Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a contribution was made in error, contact us and we will look into it.

We do not publish bank or e-wallet details on this site. Treat any message claiming to collect donations on the association's behalf with suspicion, and verify it with us first.

Third-party links

We link to Facebook and to partner organisations. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.

Content and trademarks

Text and images on this site belong to the association or are used with permission. The UDLFI name and crest are the association's. Please ask before reproducing them.

Liability

This site is provided as-is. To the extent Philippine law allows, the association is not liable for loss arising from your use of it or from reliance on its general information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Davao City.
