A community, organized
United Dog Lovers Family, Inc. (UDLFI) is a nonprofit organization bringing together dog lovers, responsible pet owners, advocates, volunteers, and community members who share a common commitment to improving the welfare of dogs and strengthening responsible pet ownership in our communities.
We believe that meaningful change begins with education, compassion, cooperation, and active participation. Through community programs, educational initiatives, responsible ownership campaigns, volunteer activities, and partnerships, UDLFI seeks to create lasting and positive change for dogs and the people who care for them.

Officers
How the association is run

President
Marco Antonio M. Maputol
Chief Executive Officer of the association. Presides over meetings of the members and the Board of Trustees, executes board resolutions, directs the association's activities, and reports on the year's operations at each annual meeting.
Vice President — Internal Affairs
Jonathan Roy B. Barrientos
Oversees internal operations, member relations, and coordination among officers, committees, and members. Assists the President in implementing internal policies, resolving organizational concerns, and monitoring membership activities.
Vice President — External Affairs
Eliseo M. Bustamante Jr.
Represents the association to communities, government agencies, private organizations, businesses, and other animal welfare groups. Develops partnerships and strengthens the association's public presence and advocacy.
Secretary
Cheryl E. Encallado
Gives the notices required by the by-laws, keeps the minutes of all meetings, holds the corporate seal, and has custody of the members register and correspondence files.
Assistant Secretary
Chona P. Sta. Ana
Supports the Secretary in record-keeping, notices, and custody of the members register.
Treasurer
Rodette J. Maputol
Has charge of the funds, receipts, and disbursements of the association, keeps the books of accounts, and is authorized to receive contributions and donations in the association's name. Posts a bond in the amount fixed by the Board.
Assistant Treasurer
Patthy F. Piaoan
Supports the Treasurer in handling funds, receipts, and disbursements.
Auditor
Marvin S. Martillano
Examines financial records and transactions for accuracy and compliance, and reports an independent assessment of financial integrity to the Board and the membership.

Committees
Divisions and committees
The Animal Welfare Advocacy Committee is the principal committee for advancing animal welfare. It works through four divisions, each with its own committees.
Animal Welfare & Rescue Division
Animal Blood Donor Program Committee
Maintain a registry of eligible animal blood donors, coordinate blood donation activities, and connect animals in need with potential donors and veterinary partners.
Canine Training & Rescue Operations Committee
Develop and coordinate training programs for rescue dogs and their handlers, including search, detection, emergency response, and basic rescue operations.
Animal Rescue & Rehabilitation Committee
Coordinate rescue, temporary shelter, rehabilitation, recovery, fostering, and responsible rehoming of animals in need.
Animal Disaster Response & Relief Committee
Develop emergency plans and coordinate rescue, evacuation, temporary shelter, food, veterinary assistance, and relief services for animals affected by disasters.
Prevention & Education Division
Responsible Pet Ownership Committee
Promote sterilization programs, vaccination, proper veterinary care, identification, humane treatment, and responsible pet ownership.
Advocacy & Education Committee
Conduct seminars, orientations, information campaigns, and educational programs promoting animal welfare, protection, and responsible ownership.
Community & Volunteer Services Division
Animal Assistance & Support Committee
Provide assistance and referrals to responsible pet owners experiencing financial, emergency, or other difficulties in caring for their animals.
Volunteerism & Community Engagement Committee
Recruit, organize, train, and mobilize volunteers for animal welfare activities and community-based programs.
Membership & Records Committee
Process membership applications, welcome and onboard new members, maintain accurate member records, issue member IDs, and keep the community engaged and growing.
Resource & Partnership Development Division
Fundraising, Donations & Resource Development Committee
Develop lawful fundraising activities, donation drives, sponsorship programs, and other resource-generating initiatives to support the association's programs.
Finance & Treasury Committee
Oversee the association's finances — budgeting, safekeeping of funds, disbursement controls, bookkeeping, and clear financial reporting to the membership and the board.
Partnerships & External Relations Committee
Establish and maintain relationships with veterinary clinics, government agencies, businesses, schools, animal welfare groups, rescue organizations, and other potential partners.
